Nestled in the imposing mountain world of the Turtmann Valley and yet easily accessible via a natural road, this charming chalet offers authentic alpine feeling - far from the hustle and bustle, but with all the comforts for carefree living.
The main chalet, built in 1978 and extensively renovated with great attention to detail between 2012 and 2015, comprises around 50 m² of gross floor area and impresses with a thoughtful room layout. The power supply is provided by a modern solar power system, and hot water is generated by a gas instantaneous water heater. A stylish Giltstein stove from 1900 provides cozy warmth - a piece of alpine history with functional charm.
The property extends over a generous plot of 1,159 m² and additionally includes two outbuildings with 24 m² and 76 m² of gross floor area. The smaller building has been completely renovated and is ideal as a guest house or studio, while the larger one offers versatile usage options and is partially developed on the hillside. Both buildings are subject to the provisions of the Second Home Law.
A special highlight is the pizza oven in the outdoor area - perfect for sociable evenings with a view of the mountain backdrop. The drinking water supply is provided by its own spring with a 3,000-liter tank, while outdoor water is supplied from a nearby mountain stream.
