On the sunny western slope, where the Terbinerstrasse connects the two villages of Visp and Visperterminen, stand the two apartment buildings Teelwald A & B. The village center of Visp can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The connection to public transport is ensured by a bus stop in the immediate vicinity.
The floor plan concept of the two houses allows for flexible design of the apartment sizes. Depending on the planning, residential units of 2 1/2 - 5 1/2 rooms are possible. All apartments have a fantastic and wide view over the valley. The two apartment buildings are connected by a common underground garage. The in-house photovoltaic system produces green energy for self-consumption. A civil protection room is also planned.
