This charming 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained multi-family house in a sunny and very central location in Zermatt. The center as well as the train station and the valley stations of the Sunnegga and Gornergrat railways are easily and quickly accessible on foot.
The apartment is accessible by the lift, which was renewed in 2013. Upon entering the apartment, you enter the entrance area with wardrobe, to the right is the bathroom. A bedroom is also available. The small but fine kitchen is arranged open to the living/dining area. From the living room, you can access the spacious balcony.
A laundry room and a ski room are available for communal use. Additionally, a private cellar belongs to the apartment.

Zermatt is car-free and can be reached either via the Täsch-Zermatt road with a special permit or by the Matterhorn-Gotthard-Bahn from Täsch. The train connection between Täsch and Zermatt is available around the clock from Thursday to Sunday, and until midnight on the remaining days. Within the village, transport is done by electric taxis and horse-drawn carriages.
