The valley stations of the Sunnegga and Gornergrat railways as well as the train station are about a 15-minute walk away, and shopping facilities and restaurants are easily accessible on foot. The center is easily accessible from the apartment. Zermatt itself is car-free and can be reached with a special permit via the Täsch-Zermatt road or by the Matterhorn-Gotthard Bahn from Täsch. The Täsch-Zermatt connection runs around the clock from Thursday to Sunday. The rest of the week until midnight. In the village itself, transport is done with electric taxis or horse-drawn carriages.
