As part of a legal liquidation due to inheritance and upon request, the properties Nos. 5537, 5649, and 5650, land register Oberkirch, Matthof 3, will be auctioned publicly.

The minimum bid for the auction object is CHF 790,000.00.

The bidder must make an interest-free deposit of CHF 100,000.00 immediately after the third call and before the award, which will be credited to the purchase price, by handing over an irrevocable payment promise from a bank subject to the Federal Act on Banks and Savings Banks, in favor of the municipality of Oberkirch, which may only be conditional on the award and must otherwise be unconditional.
