The new project with 18 apartments is located in the municipality of Villeret and enjoys a preferred location between the Chasseral Regional Park and Mont-Soleil, while also being close to the main facilities. An intercity bus line from CJ serves the municipalities of Villeret and Saint-Imier.
THE PROJECT:
Sustainable development and ecology are the main features of this project, perfectly integrated into its surroundings. The bold architecture ensures maximum space optimization and a high level of comfort. The sleek facades with terracotta tones in fiber cement panels are ventilated. This sustainable construction method has an extremely long lifespan and requires little maintenance. The air space prevents heat loss and quickly dries the damp facades in winter, while in summer it dissipates heat to ensure a better quality of life. The buildings are connected to the district heating of Villeret, which is powered by renewable energies.
THE APARTMENTS:
The arrangement of the buildings allows the apartments to benefit from plenty of daylight through their large windows.
