Looking for an apartment in the green, yet still in the city; Affordable, yet suitable for the family; Community, yet your own four walls? Then we have something for you.
Our house with four family apartments is currently being renovated instead of being demolished and offers a great green, quiet location in a cul-de-sac with a large shared garden. The apartments are affordable and super flexible due to their compact layouts. Additional space is available in the house with a shared craft room, storage room, and your own cellar. Ideally planned for families with 2 children, with four separate rooms and a large living kitchen.
If climate protection, car-free cities, shared mobility, and good communal living are important to you, then you will be excited about our house. The house is located in a quiet residential area, at the end of a cul-de-sac, the forest is reachable in 10 minutes on foot, and it is only 5 minutes by bike to Oerlikon train station. We are planning an electrified shared parking lot, cargo bikes, and bike parking spaces. The garden is to be planned and cultivated together: fruit trees, berry bushes, and herbs, much is possible. Ultimately, 6 families should be able to live in private apartments in the house, but still have many opportunities for mutual support.
There are four 4.5 room apartments in the house, of which we want to sell two. One is already reserved, so one is still available, and it can still be chosen whether it should be a ground floor apartment with a garden or an upper floor apartment with a balcony.
The renovation is ongoing, and the house will then be completely renewed, from the electrical system to the water and equipped with modern heating (ground probe, heat exchanger, and underfloor heating with cooling function), thermal insulation, new bathrooms, kitchens, and parquet flooring.
There are no pictures of the interior view, as the rooms are currently completely stripped and will be newly plastered and renovated.
The house is a climate showcase project - not to be demolished, but to be renovated is the motto and to preserve as much as possible. Four 4.5 room apartments will be completed in October 2025, and a 7.5 apartment will be added a year later in the attic. The attic expansion is already well prepared in the current renovation phase and should be able to be carried out well in a habitable condition.
We prefer families with small children for the sale. Ideally, you value climate protection, community, car-free living, and gardens, then contact us immediately.
The cheapest apartment costs 1.38 million, the most expensive 1.51 million francs. Currently, wishes regarding bathroom fittings, tiles, and kitchens can still be taken into account. The currently planned kitchens offer a lot of space and cooking joy thanks to their over-depth and special efficiency despite their compact form. Of course, your design wishes can still be taken into account at this time.
We are very much looking forward to hearing from you, preferably with a short description of your family and why you fit into the Anton Higi House.
