The design for the development was developed by the internationally successful architectural firm Baumschlager Hutter Partners according to a precise requirement profile in accordance with the quality criteria of the realizing general contractor, which it sets for modern and livable houses. The complex consists of two buildings, which are connected in the basement by an underground garage. All apartments are accessed via centrally located stairwells and are barrier-free via lift systems.
Garage spaces are available. One garage space is equipped with an electric charging station and the other is not.
