The elegant studio in the Gstaad Bernerhof is centrally located yet quiet, right in the heart of Gstaad. The pedestrian zone, shops, restaurants, and the train station are just a few steps away. Surrounded by impressive mountain scenery, the location offers direct access to hiking trails, ski slopes, and other recreational opportunities – ideal for relaxing days in the Alps and for enjoying the unique cultural and sports offerings in Gstaad.
The Bernerhof was built between 1978 and 1980 in traditional chalet style. From the 4th floor onwards, there are a total of 24 condominiums above the hotel operation. The owners' association consists of 25 parties, including the hotel. As an owner, you benefit from the shared use of the hotel's indoor pool as well as the wellness area with sauna, steam bath, and relaxation room.
Room Description
The bright entrance area welcomes you warmly. Immediately to the right is the stylish bathroom, equipped with elegant marble slabs on the walls and floor, a comfortable shower, and an elegant sink with a matching base in black design. Directly adjacent to the spacious wardrobe is the compact designer kitchen with two hot plates. At the same height, the practical bar table is attached, which can be easily extended or pushed back depending on use – ideal when the integrated folding bed is pulled down.
The living area is equipped with high-quality parquet flooring. The living room area can be designed to be cozy or modern. Particularly cleverly solved are the sliding doors in front of the shelves, which can either hide the folding bed or close off the storage space or the TV niche. This way, you can flexibly design your studio at any time of the day and depending on use. Another highlight of this studio is the balcony with its breathtaking view of the mountains and hills of the Bernese Oberland – and of the majestic Hotel Palace, which towers like a castle in the landscape.
As an owner of the studio, you also receive a free parking card to park directly in front of the hotel's parking lot throughout the year. The train station is located directly diagonally opposite, making this alpine lodge also ideally accessible by public transport. The studio includes a closet in the basement to conveniently store your skis, ski boots, and other items.
As a special highlight, the building offers an exclusive wellness area with elegantly designed indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, and stylish relaxation room. The use is free for the owners or included in the ancillary costs – the perfect place to relax body and mind. Of course, if desired, you can also request other services from the hotel for a fee.
