It must be made available for rent and used by the owners for a maximum of 3 weeks in high season. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with guest WC, upstairs three master bedrooms (shower and bathtub), an open kitchen to the living room. A marketing service for stays will be set up. For this purpose, a collective building with parking spaces, a reception and rental management office is planned.
A hotel service will be available to owners and a mandatory basic package will be offered to tenants, including snacks, care products, linens, bathrobes, bedding and bedding change, cleaning, access to wellness with swimming pool, sauna, shower, toilets, solarium, parking availability, tourist tax.
