Wonderful renovated 1-room apartment
This wonderful small apartment, was not only given a new, more modern design focused on comfort and functionality during the conversion in 2017, but above all, livability and security.
A decisive criterion of the planning preparation was that the apartment, within the existing possibilities, was converted in such a way that all age groups can feel comfortable in it and everything needed to make life easier and simpler could be considered and implemented if possible.
After the feasibility and implementation of the considerations were clear, the consent of the building owner and the architect's life partner was obtained and the financing was arranged, the dismantling work, the renovation and the conversion were initiated.
