The project was developed with the main goal of offering high-quality services and amenities that meet the latest PPE standards and meet the expectations and needs of people who value space, comfort, light, and quiet.
8 APARTMENTS FROM 3.5 TO 4.5 ROOMS
8 apartments designed according to the same codes. Access to the underground garage is from the south side of the building, and the apartments are accessed via an elevator from the underground garage.

This construction of 8 apartments was designed in a contemporary spirit and offers a modern, simple, and balanced architecture. All apartments have large openings to the south, ensuring pleasant brightness. The spacious balconies surrounding the window front of the living area are a natural extension to the outside.
