Für rund drei Monate (zwischen dem 18. Juli und 24. Oktober 2025, exate Daten nach Absprache) vermieten wir unsere wunderschöne, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung in Stäfa am Zürichsee – perfekt für alle, die Natur und den See mit Stadtnähe verbinden möchten.

Die Wohnung hat einen offenen, grosszügigen Grundriss, individuell gestaltete Echtholz-Möbel-Unikate und eine entspannte Atmosphäre mit viel Grün (nach hinten Weinberge) und nach vorne einen traumhaftem Blick auf den See und die Alpen. Sie verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer bzw. Büro, zwei Bäder, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine große, sonnige Terrasse mit Kräutergarten – perfekt für laue Sommerabende.

Nur 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Stäfa entfernt, erreichen Sie den Zürcher Hauptbahnhof bequem in 25 Minuten mit der S-Bahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants liegen direkt um die Ecke.

Ein besonderes Highlight ist die direkte Nähe zur Boots- und Badestelle (fußläufig erreichbar). Wir haben ein SUP in der Tiefgarage bereit, ebenso ein kleines, führerscheinfreies Motorboot (wir benutzen es zum Wakefoilen) – eine Mitbenutzung ist nach Absprache möglich. Die Bootseinwässerstelle liegt direkt gegenüber! Weiter ein Tiefgaragenplatz mit E-Ladestation (150 CHF).

Stäfa bietet als Wohnort eine perfekte Kombination aus Natur, Kultur und hervorragender Anbindung. Der Zürichsee, die Weinberge und zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten machen diese Region zu einem der schönsten Plätze rund um Zürich.

Summer Dream by Lake Zurich – Furnished Apartment with Lake View for Sublet, 25 Min. to Zurich Main Station

For about three months (between July 18 and October 24, 2025, exact dates flexible), we are renting out our beautiful, light-filled apartment in Stäfa by Lake Zurich – perfect for those who want to combine nature and lakeside living with close proximity to the city.

The apartment features an open, spacious layout, uniquely designed solid wood furniture, and a relaxed atmosphere with lots of greenery (vineyards at the back) and a stunning view of the lake and the Alps to the front. It offers three bedrooms (or office space), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large, sunny terrace with a herb garden – perfect for warm summer evenings.

Just a 5-minute walk from Stäfa train station, you can reach Zurich Main Station in a convenient 25-minute S-Bahn ride. Shops, cafés, and restaurants are just around the corner.

A special highlight is the immediate proximity to a boating and swimming spot (only a short walk away). A stand-up paddleboard (SUP) is available in the underground garage, along with a small motorboat (no license required, mainly used for wake foiling) – use of the boat can be arranged upon agreement. The boat launch site is directly across the street! A parking space in the underground garage with an EV charging station (CHF 150) is also available.

Stäfa offers the perfect blend of nature, culture, and excellent connections. Lake Zurich, the vineyards, and countless leisure opportunities make this one of the most beautiful areas around Zurich.
