Ich biete ein Zimmer oder die ganze 60 m² grosse Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete wahrend meiner möglichen Sommerreisen in Zürich Wollishofen an.
Preis: 1400 CHF alles inklusive die ganze Wohnung – oder 700 CHF pro Person, wenn ich vor Ort bin (geteilte Nutzung).

Wichtig: Die Miete ist relativ niedrig. Ich suche jedoch eine flexible Person, die bereit ist, die ganze Wohnung zu übernehmen und sich darum zu kümmern, wenn ich nicht in der Stadt bin (1400 CHF) – oder sie mit mir zu teilen, wenn ich zurückkomme und da bin (700 CHF).

🗓 Mietzeitraum: 10. Juni (möglich auch früher) – 31. Oktober
📍 Perfekte Lage: 5 Minuten zum See, direkt an einem Park und einer grossen Wiese, 7 Minuten zu ALDI, COOP und MIGROS, wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof Wollishofen.

Ich bin 36 Jahre alt und interdisziplinäre Künstlerin | Performerin.
Mein Lebensstil und meine Interessen: Yoga, argentinischer Tango, Meditation, achtsames Gehen, Sauna und vegetarisches Essen. Ich trinke auch keinen Alkohol und suche idealerweise jemanden, der dies nachvollziehen kann. :)

I am offering a room or the entire 60 m² apartment for subletting during my potential summer travels in Zurich Wollishofen.
Price: CHF 1,400 all-inclusive for the entire apartment – or CHF 700 per person if I am present (shared use).
