Ich untervermiete per sofort diese zentrale und teilmöblierte 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung im 3. Obergeschoss im Herzen vom Kreis 5. Mietdauer erstmal befristet bis 31. Juli 2026. Übernahme danach möglich, da ich die neue Wohnung höchstwahrscheinlich übernehmen kann.

Die Wohnung ist wie folgt ausgestattet:

• Schönes Parkett in den Zimmern und im Korridor
• Nasszelle mit Dusche/WC
• Helle lichtdurchflutete Räume
• Estrichabteil
• Teilmöbliert (nur ein Teil der Möbel auf den Bildern ist Teil der Untermiete)

Die gemeinsame Waschküche ist im 1. Untergeschoss welches über den Lift einfach erreichbar ist.

I am subletting this central and partly furnished 2.5-room flat on the 3rd floor in the heart of district 5 with immediate effect. The rental period is initially limited until 31 July 2026, after which a takeover is possible, as I will most likely be able to take over the new flat.

The flat is furnished as follows:
- Cosy and large eat-in kitchen
- Beautiful parquet flooring in the rooms and corridor
- Bathroom with shower/WC
- Bright, light-flooded rooms
- Storage room in the attic
- Partly furnished (only some of the furniture in the pictures is part of the sublet)

The shared laundry room is on the 1st basement floor which is easily accessible via the lift.
