Hello everyone,
My roommate and I will be moving out of our centrally located apartment at the end of January, and we are looking for new tenants to take over from 01.02.2025.
It's a spacious apartment with 3.5 rooms: two bedrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen, a huge bathroom, and a laundry room.
The apartment is unfurnished (except for the fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.), but certain pieces of existing furniture can be purchased upon agreement. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, and the building does NOT have an elevator.
