I can only use my new apartment in the newly built house next to the Coop in the center of Thalwil (300m to the train station) on weekends due to my job abroad. Accordingly, I am looking for a flatmate who wants to have the apartment all to themselves during the week and drives home on the weekends.

Fully furnished and incl. indoor parking spot.

We each have our own bedroom and bathroom, we share the kitchen and living room. Your bedroom has a king-size bed and 3m cupboard space. Your bathroom opposite has a toilet (Geberit Aquaclean), shower, and bathtub with direct access to an additional storage room.
