Ich vermiete meine vollständig möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Oberwinterthur vom 18. August 2025 bis sicher 30. November 2025 (nach Absprache auch bis 31. Dezember 2025 möglich).

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Kochgeschirr, Besteck, etc.), ein Badzimmer mit Badewanne und Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit. Die Fenster sind mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet, man kann also immer gut Lüften, ohne von den lästigen Biestern gefressen zu werden :)

Ein Kellerabteil im Haus bietet viel Stauraum, Waschmaschine und Trockenraum zur Mitbenützung stehen zur Verfügung.

Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung zum Hauptbahnhof Winterthur (ca. 10-15 Minuten) befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. (Aldi, Migros, Coop, Denner, Bäckerei, Post, Restaurant) sind nur 1 Haltestelle oder 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Es hat auch WLAN und einen Drucker, beide sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen, Wasser- und Stromkosten für diese Zeitspanne würden separat dazukommen (je nach Verbrauch).

Nur Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere.

I am renting out my fully furnished 1-room apartment in Oberwinterthur from August 18, 2025, until at least November 30, 2025 (possibly until December 31, 2025, by arrangement).

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishes, cookware, cutlery, etc.), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony with seating. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets, so you can always ventilate well without being eaten by those annoying creatures :)

A basement storage unit in the building offers plenty of storage space, and a shared washing machine and drying room are available.

A bus stop with a direct connection to Winterthur main station (about 10-15 minutes) is located right in front of the building. Shopping facilities (Aldi, Migros, Coop, Denner, bakery, post office, restaurant) are just one stop or a 5-minute walk away.

ZHAW School of Management and Law is only 10 minutes by bus + 5 minutes on foot away, so this location is ideal for international exchange students :)

Wi-Fi and a printer are also available and included in the rent. Water and electricity costs for this period would be charged separately (depending on usage).

Non-smokers only, no pets.
