I am looking for a flatmate who would like to take over the whole apartment in the end of April/ beginning of March or somebody who needs a room until the end of April.
The room is available now.

The apartment has two bedrooms and one living room.
It is very close to ETH Hönggerberg campus (around 5-7 min walking distance). Located right at the bus stop Schumacherweg. Would be ideal for PhD student of Postdoc who work on the Honngerberg campus.

The rent is 950 CHF / month. The deposit is 1640 CHF. The room is fully furnished. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement of the building, a dishwasher in the kitchen and the bathroom has a bathtub, large living room has an expandable table, huge TV and an expandable sofa. There's also a balcony in this apartment.

If you are interested to take over the whole apartment, the deposit you will have to pay to MIWO is 4920CHF. And it would be ideal if you like to buy the furniture (upon agreement).

This apartment will be shared with me until the end of April. I am a PhD student at ETH and will be defending in the end of April. I am easy going person, working a lot and dancing a lot.
I believe this apartment will be good for someone who also works or studies at ETH, though it's certainly not a requirement.
