Ich vermiete meine schöne, voll möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Wollishofen zur Untermiete ab dem 1. Mai 2025 oder so bald wie möglich danach, bis zum 31. August 2025 (mindestens 3 Monate, Start- und Enddatum flexibel). Die Wohnung ist 59 m² gross, sehr hell und verfügt über zwei kleine Balkone.
Die Miete beträgt CHF 2'100 pro Monat, inklusive Nebenkosten.
Die Lage ist hervorragend: Nur 5 Gehminuten vom Morgental entfernt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Wollishofen, und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Migros, Denner, Aldi, Coop, der Post und einer Apotheke - alles für den täglichen Bedarf ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar.
Die Verbindung in die Stadt ist optimal: Die Tramlinie 7 befindet sich in der Nähe und bringt dich direkt zum Paradeplatz und zum Hauptbahnhof Zürich.
Es besteht eventuell die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung nach der Untermiete zu übernehmen.

I'm subletting my beautiful, fully furnished 59m² 2-room flat in Wollishofen from May 1st, 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter, until August 31st, 2025 (minimum 3-month stay, with flexible start and end dates). The apartment is bright and comfortable, and features two small balconies.
The rent is CHF 2,100 per month, including utilities.
The location is excellent: just a 5-minute walk from Morgental, about 10 minutes on foot from Wollishofen train station, and very close to Migros, Denner, Aldi, Coop, the post office, and a pharmacy - everything you need is just around the corner.
Public transport connections are ideal: the tram 7 stop is nearby and takes you directly to Paradeplatz and Zurich HB.
There may also be an option to take over the apartment after the sublease period.
