Wohnung zu vermieten - 8005 Zürich

Hey everyone!
I will be on vacation and subletting my room while I am away. The apartment will be available from July 10th to September 8th.
It is located right in the heart of Zurich, in the vibrant Kreis 5. You will find everything you need just a few minutes away—Migros, Denner, Lidl, and plenty of other shops and restaurants are within walking distance. If you are into nightlife, there are lots of great places nearby, and Limmatplatz offers frequent tram connections to take you anywhere in the city. Zurich HB is only 5 minutes away by tram!
For those sunny summer days, Letten is just around the corner for a swim or to relax by the river.
You will be sharing the apartment with my super lovely roommate Timon. The place is fully furnished and available for one person only. It has all the essentials: a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and even a TV in the room you will be staying in.
I am looking for a reliable and tidy person who will treat the apartment with care. If you are interested, feel free to reach out and tell me a bit about yourself.

Hallo zusammen!
Ich bin für zwei Monate auf Reisen und stelle in dieser Zeit mein Zimmer zur Untermiete zur verfügung. Die Wohnung ist vom 10. Juli bis zum 08. September verfügbar.
Sie befindet sich mitten im Herzen von Zürich, im lebendigen Kreis 5. Alles, was man braucht, ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt – Migros, Denner, Lidl und viele weitere Läden und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch das Zürcher Nachtleben ist nicht weit, und von der Limmatplatz-Haltestelle aus gibt es regelmäßige Tramverbindungen in alle Richtungen. Der HB ist nur 5 Minuten mit dem Tram entfernt!
An warmen Sommertagen ist die Letten ideal zum Schwimmen oder Entspannen – und liegt gleich um die Ecke.
Du würdest die Wohnung mit meinem super lieben Mitbewohner Timon teilen. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und nur für eine Person geeignet. Alles Wichtige ist da: Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und sogar ein eigener Fernseher im Zimmer.
Ich suche eine zuverlässige und ordentliche Person, die sorgsam mit der Wohnung umgeht. Wenn du interessiert bist, melde dich gerne und erzähl mir ein bisschen über dich.
