Ab 1. Oktober 2025 (bei Bedarf ab 1.7.) wird meine Wohnung frei für 1 Person für 3-9 Monate. (bevorzugt für eine Single Frau, aufgrund der erfahrungsgemäß besseren Hygiene - keine Paare)

Mindestmietdauer: 3 Monate (max. bis Mai 2026)

Ich suche eine berufstätige, saubere, verantwortungsbewusste Frau, die in die ruhige Nachbarschaft passt und wohlwollend mit den Habseligkeiten in der Wohnung umgeht. Die Wohnung beinhaltet dein Schlafzimmer, ein voll ausgestattetes separates Bad sowie eine separate voll ausgestattete Küche.

The apartment is located in one of the most trending areas of Zurich - Wiedikon. Cafes, Bars, cool Clothing Stores/Vintage Stores, Restaurants and plenty of Supermarkets are just a few minutes walking distance away.

The Tram/Bus station is only 1-2 walking minutes away. Your spacious room comes fully furnished with a double bed (plus 2x fresh white sheets), there is a new desk with a comfortable chair to work/study, bright lighting and smaller lamps for a cozy dimmed atmosphere, plus a massive wardrobe system for your clothing. The rent includes all furnishings, utilities, high speed internet.
