This spacious 54 sqm apartment features an open-plan layout and is located in the vibrant Niederdorf area. The living/dining room offers enough space for a large dining table, a sofa, and a home office setup (not visible in the pictures, which are partly from the previous tenant).

The bedroom easily accommodates a 180 cm bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a private washer-dryer unit.

Please note that the bedroom does not have a door but is separated by a doorway only – therefore, the apartment is likely more suitable for a single person.

The location is unbeatable: just a 2-minute walk to Central and 5–10 minutes to Zurich Main Station. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and comes with a private storage unit in the basement.
