My cozy 2.5-room apartment on the 5th floor will be available starting July 1, 2025.

The apartment features a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two rooms (bed- and livingroom), one of which has a large balcony.

The highlight of this building are the awesome neighbours (ages between 25 and 40). You can find a diversity of people in here from Germany, Spain, Greece, Italy, America, Lithuaniya, Argentina, and probably some more :).
