Hi zusammen,
Ich suche einen Untermieter für meine ruhige, gut gelegene Altbauwohnung im 2ten Stock im schönen Kreis 2 in Zürich inklusive aller Nebenkosten aber ohne Internet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt hinter der Endhaltestelle Tram 7, hat 2 Balkone, eine renovierte Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Gasherd und ein ebenfalls renoviertes Bad.
Vom kleinen Küchenbalkon und dem Schlafzimmer schaust du auf den Uetliberg und der grössere Balkon im Wohnzimmer bietet dir eine Mini See Sicht.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert mit dem kompletten Inventar auf den Fotos.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
Die Untermietzeit wäre 2 Monate, also bis 31.07.2025 . Evtl. besteht die Möglichkeit die Untermietzeit zu verlängern, das wird sich allerdings erst im Laufe der Zeit herausstellen.

Quiet, renovated old building apartment looking for a subtenant from June for 2 months

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a subtenant for my quiet, well-located apartment on the 2nd floor in the beautiful Kreis 2 district of Zurich, including all additional costs but without Internet.
The apartment is located directly behind the final tram stop of Tram 7, has 2 balconies, a renovated kitchen with a dishwasher and gas stove, and an also renovated bathroom.
From the small kitchen balcony and the bedroom, you have a view of the Uetliberg, and the larger balcony in the living room offers you a mini lake view.
The apartment is furnished with the complete inventory as shown in the photos.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
The subletting period would be for 2 months, until July 31, 2025. There might be a possibility of extending the subletting period, but that will only become clear over time.
