We are looking for new tenants to take over the contract of our apartment at the earliest on the 16th of February 2025 but we can accept a move-in date as late as 01.03.2025.

1. The living space has a fully equipped kitchen with a steam oven, dishwasher and fridge (all very new), and a large dining/living area.
2. The bedroom is about 30m2 and can be used as a bedroom and office at the same time.
3. There are 2 bathrooms:

4. The spacious laundry room has a washer and dryer (brand new), a sink and storage space.
A sizeable cellar completes the apartment and is located on the same floor.
A parking space with an electric vehicle charging unit can be rented for an additional 250.- per month.
We are looking to sell some of the furniture in the apartment, so we will give priority to people willing to accommodate our needs.
