Important things to note:
- furniture could be slightly different than the one in the picture (table and sofa in the main room)
- only accepting people who can provide proof of financial solvency (payslips and debt register extract)
- 1 month of deposit required
- Tower 55 offers a gym and sauna in the building for free, located in the 3rd floor
- Bus and tram stop right nearby the apartment
- Oerlikon station is only a few bus stop from the flat or 12 min walking
all the amenities and services are nearby (pharmacy, supermarket)
