Living space: apx. 44m² indoor and a 20m² private garden
About the apartment:
The apartment consists of a corridor with built-in wardrobes, a kitchen with plenty of storage space, and a main room with lots of light. The apartment is located on the ground floor, it is very sunny and quite and faces a private garden. The street is super quiet, with a lot of green areas and within walking distance from everything: the Sihlcity mall or the Enge train station are 8 minutes away, while a nice walk to the lakeside requires just 10 minutes. Several tram lines are just 2 minutes away, and they allow you to reach the Zürich Main Station or any other area of the city in 10 minutes.
Shared washing machine and tumbler in the basement - no fix schedule.
Apartment is available for one person only, no couples, no pets.
