I am subletting the apartment from the 1st of June until the end of July 2025. I am looking for someone clean, easygoing and friendly.
My 2.5 room apartment is located in Kreis 6. The apartment is very spacious with 2 balconies. It is on the 2nd floor of the building and fully furnished with a standing desk, a comfortable chair, a dining table, and a queen-size bed. The apartment is bright and has all the amenities, including one couch, one sofa bed and a TV.
The washing machine and dryer are on the ground level and shared with neighbours. The location is perfect for many activities: it is close to the city centre of Zurich and the lake, and it is very well connected: a Bus or tram stop is just one minute away. Restaurants are very nearby, as are supermarkets like Coop and Migros.
