Schweren Herzens verlasse ich meine schöne, helle und grosse 4-Zimmer Wohnung in Zürich Affoltern. Nun suche ich einen Nachmieter für die Wohnung befristet bis zum 31.3.2026, da das Haus kommendes Jahr leider abgerissen wird.
Die Wohnung ist gross, an ruhiger Lage und bietet mit 1670CHF/Monat ein unschlagbares Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Küche hat einen Geschirrspüler und Glaskeramikherd, die beide weniger als 3 Jahre alt sind. Das Haus hat einen ebenerdig zugänglichen Veloraum. Zusätzlich hat die Wohnung ein trockenes Kellerabteil (etwa 2.5 m^2) und ein grosses Estrichabteil. Mit der S6 oder S21 ist man in 14 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und die Busse 32, 37, 61, 62 bringen einen schnell zum Rest der Stadt. Highlight der Wohnung ist der südwest-orientierte Balkon hin zum grünen Garten und das schöne Wohnzimmer.
Ich werde der Verwaltung 3 Nachmieter vorstellen. Bevorzugt werden diejenigen, die bereit sind diese Möbel günstig zu übernehmen: Schlafzimmerschrank, Rote Ausziehcouch und Schrank daneben, Wohnzimmerwandregal, Küchentisch (ausziehbar)

It is with a heavy heart that I am leaving my beautiful, bright and spacious 4-room apartment in Zurich Affoltern. I am now looking for a new tenant for the apartment until 31.3.2026, as the house will unfortunately be demolished next year.
The apartment is large, in a quiet location and offers an unbeatable price/performance ratio at 1670CHF/month. The kitchen has a dishwasher and ceramic hob, both of which are less than 3 years old. The house has a bicycle room at ground level. In addition, the apartment has a dry cellar compartment (approx. 2.5 m^2) and a large attic compartment. The S6 or S21 trains take you to the main station in 14 minutes and buses 32, 37, 61, 62 take you quickly to the rest of the city. The highlight of the apartment is the southwest-facing balcony overlooking the green garden and the flat's beautiful living room.
I will present 3 new tenants to the management. Preference will be given to those who are willing to take over this furniture at an affordable price: bedroom wardrobe, Red pull-out couch and cupboard next to it, living room wall shelf, extendable kitchen table
