Wohnung zu vermieten - 8152 Glattpark (Opfikon), Farman-Strasse 38

Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine moderne 2.5 ZW an der Farman-Strasse 38 per Ende August. Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand und bietet perfekte ÖV-Anschlüsse.

Da ich bald ins Ausland ziehe, bin ich hauptsächlich an Nachmietern interessiert, die das meiste der Möbel übernehmen würden (Bett, Kleiderstange und kleine Kommode des Schlafzimmers sind ausgeschlossen. Mehr Details auf Anfrage). Der Preis hierfür ist verhandelbar, jedoch rund CHF 4000. Die Übernahme der Möbel ist keine Pflicht, ich bitte jedoch die Bewerber kurz anzugeben, ob sie daran interessiert sind oder nicht.

Ich habe die Wohnung die letzten 3 Jahre ohne Parkplatz gemietet & bei Übernahme wäre vorerst keiner vorgesehen. Dies kann jedoch mit der Verwaltung angeschaut werden bei Bedarf.

I am looking for a new tenant for my modern 2.5-room apartment at Farman-Strasse 38 per End of August. The apartment is in very good condition and offers perfect public transport connections.

As I am moving abroad soon, I am mainly interested in tenants who would take over most of the furniture (bed, clothes rack, and small dresser in the bedroom are excluded. More details upon request). The price for the furniture is negotiable. (Indication: approximately CHF 4000). Taking over the furniture is not mandatory, but I kindly ask applicants to indicate whether they are interested in it or not.

I have rented the apartment without a parking space for the past 3 years, and initially, none is planned upon takeover. However, this can be discussed with the property management if needed.
