In the first to fourth upper floors, we are realizing twenty 3 1/2 to 5 1/2-room apartments with a high standard of construction. The apartments are accessible via two stairwells and two elevators. Depending on the type of apartment, they offer views towards the Mythen or Lake Brunnen, and additionally towards Ibach or Fronalp from the corner. Some apartments span the entire building width, offering, in addition to oversized rooms, unrestricted views towards the Mythen and at the same time towards the Felderboden with Lake Vierwaldstättersee and the Urner mountains in the background. On the 6th floor or in the attic, there are storage or attic spaces with power connections for all apartments. On the ground floor, a large entrance hall, which is directly accessible from the Asetstrasse, offers space for bicycles, strollers, and scooters.
