On the balcony you can enjoy the evening sun. The furniture can be moved, the apartment is fully equipped. A small dishwasher, which is connected to the tap, is also in the apartment. A cellar compartment is partially available on request. There is a washing machine for six houeseholds in the basement. Washing is to do when free. No tumble dryer, but washing lines in the basement and clothes rack available in the apartment.
