Da ich bald bei einer neuen Arbeitsstelle anfange, suche ich Nachmieter für mein Studio-Apartment. Die Wohnung ist zu Fuss 10 Minuten vom UZH Campus Irchel entfernt, und somit ideal geeignet für neue Doktoranden. Die Tramhaltestelle 'Waldgarten' ist ebenfalls direkt in der Nähe, und es gibt eine Direktverbindung sowohl zum HB als auch zum ETH Hauptgebäude.

Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie Geschirrspüler und Ofen. Ein persönliches Kellerabteil ist vorhanden, sowie eine schöne Aussenterasse für den Sommer. Möbel müssen NICHT übernommen werden, bei Interesse kann jedoch verhandelt werden.

Due to me starting at a new job soon I am searching for a new tenant for my studio appartment. The flat is a 10 minute walk away from the UZH campus Irchel, and thus ideal for new doctoral students. The tram stop 'Waldgarten' is close by as well, providing a direct connection to both the HB train station as well as the ETH main building.

The flat has its own washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a dishwasher and oven. A personal cellar compartment is available as well, along with a nice outside terrace for the Summer. No furniture has to be taken over, but can be negotiated if interested.
