Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet von der Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht, bis zum modernen Fernseher mit allen Kanälen sowie schnellem Internet/WLAN.
Auf dem Balkon warten ein Tisch und bequeme Stühle auf gemütliche Abende und auch Grillmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.
Da mir der gepflegte Zustand der Wohnung sehr am Herzen liegt, suche ich eine ordentliche und verantwortungsbewusste Person, die Wert auf Sauberkeit und einen respektvollen Umgang mit hochwertiger Einrichtung legt.
I am renting out my newly furnished apartment, carefully designed with great attention to detail, from June to December 2025. All the furniture is of high quality and has been thoughtfully selected. The apartment is fully equipped, from the kitchen with everything needed for cooking to the modern TV with all channels and fast internet/Wi-Fi.
On the balcony, a table and comfortable chairs are waiting for cozy evenings, and there are also grilling facilities available.
