Trotz der "nur" 1.5 Zimmer ist diese Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht: einer grosse Küche mit Herd, grossem Kühlschrank und Geschirrspülmaschine und vor Allem, mit viel Stauraum.
Wir haben hier gerne und viel gekocht.
Die Küche und der kleine Flur mit Einbauschrank sind mit Schiebetüren vom Hauptraum (Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer) abtrennbar.
Durch die Fenster zur Westseite ist die Wohnung sehr hell, freundlich und beleuchtet die Wohnung mit ausreichend Abendsonne.
Die Fenster mit neu getauschten Aussen-Storen abgedunkelt werden.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigenes Kellerabteil während zwei Waschmaschinen und zwei Trockner im Keller zur Mitbenutzung bereit stehen.

Zentrale Lage:
Eine Tramhaltestelle für Linie 11 & 14 sind in 2min und die Haltestelle für die Linien 7 & 15 in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuss nur 10 Minuten und mit den Trams zur zwei Stationen entfernt.
Zum Flussbad Oberer Letten läuft man nur 5 Minuten.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten am HB, am Central und am Schaffhauser Platz sind mit Tram schnell und bequem erreichbar.

We are looking for a new tenant from imediatly.
This flat in district 6 in a super central location is perfect for individuals or couples.

Despite the 'only' 1.5 rooms, this flat is equipped with everything you need: a large kitchen with cooker, large fridge and dishwasher and, above all, plenty of storage space.
We enjoyed cooking here a lot.
The kitchen and the small hallway with built-in wardrobe can be separated from the main room (bedroom/living room) with sliding doors.
The west-facing windows make the flat very bright, friendly and illuminate the flat with plenty of evening sun.
