Zimmer zu vermieten - 4054 Basel, Rütimeyerstrasse

In unserer schoenen Altbauwohnung wird ein (von drei) Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete von Juni bis Ende August frei.

Kurz zu mir, mit der du in der Zeit zusammenwohnen wuerdest: Ich bin Ella (26 she/her), studiere Politikwissenschaft und Soziologie im Master in Basel. Ich bin (fast) immer fuer ein nettes Gespraech zu haben, koche, backe und stricke gerne, bin aber auch viel unterwegs, im Sommer am liebsten am oder im Wasser. Diesen Sommer moechte ich so viel wie moeglich in der Schweiz erkunden. Ich wuensche mir eine freundliche, respektvolle Person, die mit mir eine schoene Atmosphaere in der Wohnung schafft :)

Zur Wohnung und den Zimmern: Die Wohnung liegt im Bachlettenquartier - sehr zentral, man ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad am Rhein und allgemein in der Innenstadt. Gleichzeitig ist es sehr ruhig und gruen, wir wohnen direkt am Schuetzenmattpark, in dem man sich besonders im Sommer sehr schoen die Zeit vertreiben kann. In der Wohnung teilen wir den sehr grossen schoenen Balkon, der am Zimmer angeschlossen ist - natuerlich in respektvoller Absprache mit der Person, die im Zimmer lebt. Ausserdem haben wir eine ausreichend grosse Kueche, in der wir in der Vergangenheit schoen zusammen gekocht und Abende gemeinsam verbracht haben. Vor dem Haus gibt es die Moeglichkeit, Fahrraeder abzuschliessen. Einen Zugang zum Keller haben wir leider nicht. In der WG duerfen wir keine lauten Parties feiern und auf dem Balkon darf nicht geraucht werden.

Das Zimmer (2 Juni - 32 Aug): Dieses ueber 20 qm grosse Zimmer, das am Balkon angeschlossen ist, wird Anfang Juni frei, bis inklusive August. Im Sommer scheint morgens die Sonne rein, dafuer ist es nachmittags schoen kuehl. Es wird unmoebiliert angeboten, ausschliesslich der Schrank kann uebernommen werden. Der Mietzins betraegt 870 CHF inklusive Nebenkosten. Dazu kommen 22 CHF pro Monat fuer das Internet, Strom und Gas kosten etwa 20-30 CHF pro Monat. Insgesamt kannst du also mit Kosten von 750-760 CHF rechnen.

In our beautiful old apartment, one of the three rooms will be available for a temporary sublet from June until the end of August.

A bit about me, who you would be living with during that time: I'm Ella (26, she/her), currently doing my Master's in Political Science and Sociology in Basel. I'm (almost) always up for a nice chat, and I enjoy cooking, baking, and knitting. I'm also out and about a lot — in summer, I love spending time by or in the water. This summer, I'm hoping to explore as much of Switzerland as possible. I'm looking for a friendly, respectful person to help create a pleasant atmosphere in the apartment :)

About the apartment and the rooms: The apartment is located in the Bachletten neighborhood — very central, just 5 minutes by bike to the Rhine and the city center. At the same time, it's quiet and green. We live right next to Schützenmattpark, which is especially lovely for spending time outdoors in the summer. In the apartment, we share a very large, beautiful balcony that is connected to the room — of course, use of it would be coordinated respectfully with the person living in the room. We also have a sufficiently spacious kitchen, where we've enjoyed cooking and spending evenings together in the past. There's space to lock up bikes in front of the house. Unfortunately, we don't have access to a basement storage area. We're not allowed to throw loud parties in the apartment, and smoking is not permitted on the balcony.

The room (June 2 – August 32): This room, which is over 20 square meters and connected to the balcony, will be available from early June through the end of August. In the summer, it gets morning sunlight and stays pleasantly cool in the afternoon. It will be offered unfurnished, though the wardrobe can be taken over if desired. Rent is 870 CHF per month, including utilities. On top of that, internet is 22 CHF per month, and electricity/gas costs around 20–30 CHF per month. So in total, you can expect monthly costs of around 750–760 CHF.
