Je quitte ma magnifique coloc au coeur de la vieille ville de Sion pour 3 mois du 1er mai au 31 juillet et cherche un sous-locataire.
L?appartement est un grand duplex de 180m2, au dernier étage avec beaucoup de charme. Très lumineux, petite vue sur les châteaux, avec en bonus une jolie terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes! Une grande salle de bain à partager avec 2 personnes, de multiples espaces de rangements, des machines à laver dans l?appartement et une grande cave pour ranger ton bordel ;) Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour y être bien!
L?appartement est idéalement situé à deux pas de la place du Midi, 7 min de la gare et du campus EPFL/HES.
Si tu cherches quelque chose de temporaire et aimerais vivre dans une chouette coloc dans l?intervalle, peut-être que c?est pour toi ? Tu rejoindrais Guérin, Oriana et Zoë, entre 27 et 30 ans travaillant sur Sion, passionnés de montagne et culture :)

I'm leaving my magnificent shared apartment in the heart of Sion's old town for 3 months from May 1st to July 31st and am looking for a sub-tenant.
The apartment is a large duplex of 180m2, on the top floor with lots of charm. Very bright, with a small view of the castles, and as a bonus a pretty terrace with a view of the mountains! A large bathroom to share with 2 people, plenty of storage space, washing machines in the apartment and a large cellar to store your mess ;) There's everything you need to feel at home!
The apartment is ideally located next to Place du Midi, 7 min from the train station and the EPFL/HES campus.
If you're looking for something temporary and would like to live in a nice flat-share in the meantime, maybe this is for you? You'd be joining Guérin, Oriana and Zoë, aged between 27 and 30, who work in Sion and are passionate about mountains and culture :)
