Ich untermiete mein Zimmer für die Sommerferien vom 02.06.2025 bis 02.08.2025 (d.h. genau 2 Monate).
Du würdest die WG (komplett möbliert) mit Sofiane (er ist 26 Jahre alt und kommt aus Lausanne) und Zuleika (sie ist 24 Jahre alt und kommt aus Spanien) teilen. Die Wohnung besteht aus dem Bad, dem Gang und der Küche. Zur Verfügung stehen auch der Kellerabteil, Garten und die Waschküche mit der Waschmaschine und dem Trockenraum.
Die wichtigsten Infos:
- Miete: 700 CHF / Monat (inkl. alle Nebenkosten und die Waschmaschine)
- Kaution: 500 CHF (wird zurückerstattet nach dem Ende)
- Fläche: 17 m2
- vollständig möbliert
- Wir suchen: Eine nette Person die ordentlich ist und bei uns den Sommer verbringen möchte

You would be sharing the flat (fully furnished) with Sofiane (he's 26 years old and from Lausanne) and Zuleika (she's 24 and from Spain). The apartment consists of a bathroom, hallway, and kitchen. A basement storage room, garden, and laundry room with a washing machine and drying area are also available.
