Hello everyone,

We are looking for a new flatmate from 01.07.2025 for LONG TERM (min. 1 Year) And we would love a short description of yourself before answeing to your questions.
All Bills are included , Landlord only asks for 1 month Deposit.

The apartment is to share with two Italian guys Francesco and Giulio we are both Gastronomy Workers.

The Apartment is located is a very quiet area even though it's very central and connected to everything:
Tram 2/3 Lochergut - 5 Minutes walk
Tram 8/ Bus 31 Güterbahnhof- 1 Minute walk
Hardplatz - 5 minutes Walk
Hardbrücke- 10 minutes walk, 2 Tram Stops
Coop - Migros- Aldi all between 4/7 minutes walk.

The area itself is also very well known for the different Restaurant and Bars.

Our first language is Italian but we speak both fluent English and Spanish, Giulio is German mothertongue. We follow a Cleaning Schedule (you need to be willing to clean a couple of hours a week) and save 20chf a month each for house purchases.

Some extra infos: nice balcony, Washing machine at the 5th Floor, spacious basement, Terrace at 5th Floor, common bbq area can be rent for small parties, quiet and social flatmates 28 and 36 years old.
