A room has just become available in our amazing WG - 5 minutes walking by Zurich Oerlikon Station. The apartment is around 120 sqms and is shared by four Young Professionals in their late 20s / early 30s. Stephanie is an Architect, Robin works within Software Sales and Alessio is a Management Consultant. We are all passionate about our work but also have other interests on the side. We are usually always out, often away during the weekends, but we like to enjoy each other's company whenever possible. The apartment has been a WG since 2011, which is also part of the reason why the apartment is so cheap. The 875 CHF even includes Salt TV, WiFi and a bi-weekly cleaning of all shared areas. Dishwasher is in the kitchen, but washing machine and tumbler is shared with other tenants one floor below.

The available room is around 12 sqms and has enough space for a bed, working desk, closet and what else you may need. Please note: The IKEA PAX closet must be bought by the owner at a price of 700 CHF. Original price was 1'286 CHF and the receipt will be shared with the owner. Applicants who will not take over the closet will not be considered.

The applicant should submit a short application where they introduce themselves and answer the following four questions:
- Who are you?
- Why do you want to live in this WG?
- Will you agree to move in on April 10, 2025?
- Will you agree to buy the new closet for 700 CHF?

Applicants who submit their application and answer the above questions properly will be invited to an open house where they get to see the apartment and meet the WG flatmates.
