We are three young people of 28-30y old looking for a new flatmate in our amazing apartment in Toni areal, Kreis 5! The rent is 1'315 CHF per month, including internet and cleaning service for common areas. Our beautiful 130m² duplex apartment has two bedrooms on the 17th floor, and two on the 18th. On each floor there is a bathroom. Upstairs is the kitchen, a spacious living and dining room and a loggia with fabulous views of the city and Uetliberg, evening sun included. The free room is on the 18th, of about 15m2 in size and has a view towards Hönggerberg. The apartment is equipped with a modern dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and underfloor heating. It is a 10min walk to Bhf Hardbrücke and 300m to the Limmat. Tram 4 stops just in front of the door and Tram 17 & 8 are also super close.

We are Giulia, Nico and Elise from Italy, France and Belgium. We enjoy having dinner and good conversations while cooking. We have pretty active lifestyles, including snowy activities in winter, watery ones in Summer and we like spending time together at home but also respect each other space. We work in consulting, finance and pharma.
