For a 15m2 room, furnished, in a 3-room-flat with balcony near the centre of Wädenswil in a quiet quarter. Kitchen, bathroom, livingroom, balcony and cellar compartment for shared use. Groceries, banks and post office are all very nearby. ps: I do smoke in the flat.

Your age and gender doesn't matter, but you should be a nice and reliable person.

Costs: 696 CHF per month, plus side costs for warm water, electricity etc. A deposit account over CHF 2088 is required.
