Ich bin Georgi 42 Jahre alt. Ich arbeite 9-17 jeden Tag von Montag bis Freitag. Ich liebe es zu reisen. Ich suche für eine Person, mit der ich die Hälfte meiner 4,5 Wohnung teilen kann. Das heißt zwei Zimmer. Die Person muss unkompliziert und berufstätig sein. Das ist keine Party und nicht Raucher Wohnung.

Es ist nicht in der Miete inbegriffen:
*Serafa - 365 CHF pro Jahr = 182,5 CHF pro Person
*Strom Rechnung - 50-60 CHF pro Quartal
*Jahresabrechnung NK und Heizung

I am Georgi 42 years old. I am working from 9-5 everyday Monday to Friday. I like to travel. I am looking for a person with whom I can share half of my 4,5 rooms apartment. This means two rooms. The person must be not complicated and employed. This is no party and non smoking apartment.

*Electricity reconciliation bill 50-60 CHF per quater (every three months)
*Overall costs reconciliation bill per year depending on the usage of water and heating
