from the beginning of may i'll let my unfurnished room (possibility to take desk and bed, on agreement) in a shared flat with another guy (important: non-smoker).
the flat is available temporarily but possibly also long term.

the flat (57m2) has a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a large living room with access to the private balcony. the rent is about 890.- / month.
the flat is located in bassersdorf (20 min from HB / 5 min from Zurich airport) and on foot the bus stop is 2 minutes away, migros/coop 2 minutes and the train station 5-7 minutes away.
