We are currently 3 girls.

One of us is leaving the apartment for work for 6-12 months. The two remaining are Marja and Lucille. The beginning would be the beginning of February earliest (to be discussed)

Marja is 24 years old, working in HR. Lucille is 22 and she's studying law.

We're all from the French part of Switzerland, but we also speak English and German. We love to sit together from time to time and discuss our day, or eat together; we want this place to feel like a home and not like a dormitory. While we enjoy sharing moments together or when we're all at home, we also respect each other's privacy when we'd like to stay in our room.

It's important for us to live in a clean and calm apartment, but we're also open to go out during the weekend.
We're searching for a new girl, who is also working, to join this shared home.

The apartment is located next to Goldbrunnenplatz (Wiedikon Kreis 3), 15 minutes by Tram from the city center, next to a mall with Migros, Denner and a fitness.

The room is 18 m2 big.
We also have a common balcony on the courtyard side.

The cost are :
chf 1'080.-/month for the room (side cost included)
chf 15.-/month for the wifi
chf 15.-/month for the electricity

with the lease, we need to make a deposit of 2 rents for 6 months (2160). For 12 Months you would have to deposit 3 rents.

The room and the flat are furnished. I included a premium of CHF 30 for the furniture.

The start date can be discussed!
