In meiner gemütlichen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (55 m², EG) wird Juli ein unmöbliertes Zimmer mit ca. 3 m² frei. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, und ist gut angebunden: Tram, Bus und S-Bahn sowie Supermärkte sind fussläufig erreichbar. Zudem gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsgarten vom Haus, der mitbenutzt werden darf.
Ich bin Anfang 20, studiere und freue mich auf eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin, die Lust auf eine angenehme WG-Atmosphäre hat: jemand, mit dem man mal was unternehmen kann aber sich auch mal zurückzieht.
Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind mir sehr wichtig – ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander ist für mich selbstverständlich.
Das Zimmer ist befristet bis März 2026.

In my cozy 2-room apartment (55 m², ground floor), an unfurnished room of about 3 m² will be available starting in July. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area but is still well connected – tram, bus, and S-Bahn stations as well as supermarkets are all within walking distance. There's also a shared garden belonging to the building that can be used.
I'm in my early 20s, currently studying, and I'm looking for a female flatmate who enjoys a relaxed and friendly WG atmosphere – someone who likes to hang out together from time to time, but also appreciates having their own space.
Cleanliness and tidiness are very important to me, and a respectful way of living together goes without saying.
