helles und grosszügiges Zimmer mit einer charmanten Dachschräge auf einer Seite. Drei Dachfenster sorgen für viel Tageslicht. Bei Interesse kannst du auch gern den Preis für die Möbel verhandeln!
Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und hat eine offene, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Es gibt eine wohnliche Küche, ein geräumiges und einladendes Wohnzimmer sowie zwei Balkone – einer ideal für Sonnenuntergänge, der andere perfekt für sonnige Frühstücke. :)
Zur Lage:

• Nur 30 Sekunden zur Tramhaltestelle Heerenwiesen (Linie 9)
• 15 Minuten bis zum UZH- und ETH-Hauptcampus, 5 Minuten zum Irchel Campus

Über uns:
Wir sind Louisa (25, w) und Hafsa (25, w) 😊 Louisa ist im Master, und Hafsa hat vor Kurzem nach ihrem Studium angefangen zu arbeiten. Wir verbringen gerne ab und zu gemeinsame Abende – ob beim Grillen auf dem Balkon, beim Schwimmen oder bei einem entspannten Abend im Wohnzimmer.
Wen wir suchen:
Idealerweise jemanden Mitte zwanzig, der oder die das WG-Leben mag, gesellig, respektvoll, ordentlich und NichtraucherIin ist – und auch ruhige Zeiten zu schätzen weiß.

We're looking for a new roommate to join our bright and welcoming flat with lots of shared space to enjoy! The available room is bright and generously sized, with a sloped ceiling on one side and three windows that fill the space with natural light. If you're interested, the furniture can be taken over for a negotiable price.
The apartment is spread across two floors and feels very open and homey. You'll find a cozy kitchen, a spacious and inviting living room, and two balconies – one perfect for sunsets, the other ideal for sunny breakfasts. :)

Location-wise, it's super convenient:

• Just 30 seconds to the Heerenwiesen tram stop (Line 9) and 15 min to main campus UZH and ETH, 5 min to Irchel Campus

About us:
We're Louisa (25,f) and Hafsa (25,f)😊 Louisa is in her Master's, and Hafsa just started working after completing hers. We enjoy spending evenings together every now and then - whether it's grilling on the balcony, hanging out outdoors, going for a swim, or just having a quiet evening on the couch.
We're looking for someone ideally in their mid-twenties who enjoys WG life, sociable, respectful, tidy, non-smoker, and someone who also values a bit of quiet time every now and then.
