The Room:
The room is 15.75m² (3.5 x 4.5m). There will be a wardrobe for sell, as well as a bed (140x200), including slatted frame and mattress.

The apartment itself is a 4 ½-room apartment on the 3rd floor. We have a small balcony, which we often use in summer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, pots, cutlery, etc.
There are two bathrooms, one small one and a larger one. The larger one includes the shower.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and shared with three other apartments. There is no schedule, you can simply use it, whenever it's free.
The apartment is only a 5-minute walk from Oerlikon train station and 3 minutes from tram line 11. The main train station can be reached in 15 minutes. The ETH/University campuses are all reachable within 15-30 minutes. Even faster by bike.

We're Jule (26), who loves sunrises (but unfortunately isn't an early bird) and enjoys riding her road bike, Lukas (32), a biologist who's into long walks and heads out early for his workout, and Gregor (36), our geologist, who loves cooking and is super sociable.
We all work, enjoy good conversations over wine and food, and are now looking for a fun and friendly addition to our WG.

We are looking for:
To keep our WG balanced, we're looking for a woman between 24 and 36. It is helpful if your fluent in either German or English (we all speak both languages).

There's no living room or basement (so no extra storage) - that's why it's cheap.
There's a locked outside bike rack for the building, but other than that, it's just the room plus shared use of the kitchen, balcony, and bathroom.
