Die Wohnung befindet sich 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Oerlikon entfernt und ist top angebunden. Es gibt viele Einkaufs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Waschmaschine: ohne Buchungssystem mit den drei weiteren Parteien im Haus geteilt
Nebenkosten: nicht inkludiert
Balkon: ein kleiner Balkon ist verfügbar

Über uns:
Wir sind derzeit eine WG mit drei Leuten zwischen 20 und 29, von denen nun eine leider Zürich verlässt und auszieht. Unser bisheriges WG-Leben war sehr entspannt und war eine gute Mischung aus Rückzugsort und Geselligkeit. Unser Zusammenleben basiert auf respektvollem Umgang und offener Kommunikation. Unkompliziertheit ist uns auch immer wichtig, also Freunde zu Besuch etc. sind auch willkommen.
Ihr werdet mit uns, Sandro (29) und Hannah (26), zusammenwohnen. Hannah ist PhD-Studentin und ist dadurch eher abends und am Wochenende hier, dann aber meistens auch zum Tratschen oder etwas gemeinsam machen aufgelegt. Sie macht gerne Sport (laufen, tanzen, gym, wandern) und bäckt auch viel - Kuchen gibt's dementsprechend oft. Sandro ist Jurist und arbeitet die eine Hälfte der Woche in Bern und die andere von zuhause aus. Er liest viel, ist politisch und kulturell interessiert, reisefreudig und betätigt sich regelmässig sportlich.
Wir würden gerne die gute Atmosphäre in der Wohnung aufrechterhalten, in der sich jeder akzeptiert fühlt und alle an einem angenehmen Miteinander beitragen. Wenn du also an einem entspannten WG-Leben mit einer guten Balance aus tratschen und miteinander Zeit verbringen und persönlichen Freiraum, schreib uns doch!

Location: The apartment is just a 3-minute walk from Oerlikon train station, providing excellent access to public transportation. There are many shopping and leisure activities in the surrounding area.
Washing Machine: Shared with residents of a total of 4 apartments.

About Us:
We are a cozy shared apartment with the current residents aged 20 to 29. Our current living together is characterized by a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where everyone can enjoy their personal space. Nevertheless, we enjoy spending time together and try to regularly organize pizza nights.
Our living together is based on a balanced mix of communal togetherness and respectful coexistence. Being Uncomplicated and open is important to us, which is why guests are always welcome.
Sandro, 29, and Hannah, 26, are the ones staying in the flat. Hannah is a PhD student and therefore mainly around in the evenings and on weekends. She loves to exercise (dance, run, gym and hike) and also bakes a lot – there's usually cake to eat. Sandro is a lawyer and works half of the time in Bern, the other half from home. He reads a lot, is keen on politics and anything related to culture, loves travelling and exercises regularly.
Our home should be a place where everyone feels comfortable and accepted. We value a harmonious atmosphere where all residents feel at ease and everyone contributes to a pleasant coexistence.
